Why is the shop currently by appointment?
Mobile pick-up and delivery remains the primary way Shorewood Bikes serves our local customers. Our Shorewood storefront is currently a showroom and appointment-based location for bike and e-bike sales, test rides, and service drop-offs—especially for warranty customers and those outside our complimentary pick-up and delivery area.
Most repair work will continue to be completed at our dedicated service facility. Storefront hours are limited while we adjust to this expanded business model, with regular store hours planned for the future. For now, please schedule an appointment before visiting so we can be ready to help you.
How Our Service Works

Book online or call/text us. Tell us what you ride, what needs attention, and whether you prefer pickup and delivery or a shop visit.
Pick-Up or Drop-Off
We can pick up your bike, or you can bring it to our Shorewood shop at your scheduled appointment.
Service
We complete the tune-up, repair, assembly, adjustment, or safety check needed to get your bike, e-bike, or e-trike ready to ride.
Delivery or Shop Pick-Up
We deliver your bike back to you or arrange pickup at the shop, explain what was done, and send an invoice by email with simple online payment options.

Complimentary pickup and delivery are available for standard service appointments within the area shown on our map, extending from Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward north to County Line Road within the corridor between the Oak Leaf Trail and Lake Michigan. View the map and full pickup policy.
EXTENDED PICK-UP & DELIVERY
Beeline Connect, manufacturer warranty, authorized-dealer service, and bicycle or e-trike sales appointments may have separate service or delivery coverage.

Warranty & Partner Service
We support select warranty, authorized dealer, and Beeline Connect appointments by request, including Lectric, Aventon, and RAD Power Bikes. Availability may depend on the brand, parts, documentation, and service requirements.
