

Can I return a bike after purchasing it?
New, unused bikes can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 20% processing fee. If the bike has been lightly used (under 20 miles) and has no damage, it may be returned within 30 days with a 50% restocking fee. Bikes with damage, heavy wear, or over 20 miles are not eligible for return.
What if I change my mind after placing a special order?
Special order accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping or transportation?
Customers are responsible for getting the bike, trike, or accessory back to our facility (53211). We can help coordinate transport for a fee if needed.
