Free Local Pick-Up & Delivery
Shorewood Bikes is a fully mobile bike shop based in Shorewood. We pick up your bike, transport it to our workshop, complete the service, and deliver it back to you.
Complimentary pickup and delivery are available for standard service appointments within the area shown on our map, extending from Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward north to County Line Road within the corridor between the Oak Leaf Trail and Lake Michigan.
The Oak Leaf Trail and nearby lakeshore cycling routes are central to our service model. Concentrating our standard pickup routes within this connected area helps us coordinate service efficiently while remaining available for cyclists who need assistance along nearby sections of the trail.

For appointments outside the complimentary area, available options may depend on travel requirements, route capacity, the service requested, and any applicable transportation charge.

Beeline Connect, manufacturer warranty, authorized-dealer service, and bicycle or e-trike sales appointments may have separate service or delivery coverage.
Emergency Bicycle Pickup
Emergency bicycle pickup may be available along nearby sections of the Oak Leaf Trail and connected cycling routes.
Availability depends on our current schedule and location, travel time, safe and legal vehicle access, and our ability to transport the bicycle safely.
Emergency bicycle pickup is not guaranteed roadside assistance or an emergency-response service. For a medical emergency or an immediate threat to personal safety, call 911.
Safe Pick-Up and Loading
All appointments require safe and legal vehicle access and enough space to load and secure the bicycle.
We may ask you to bring the bicycle to an accessible exterior location or meet us at a nearby safe loading location. A pickup may be relocated, rescheduled, modified, or declined when the bicycle cannot be safely accessed, loaded, secured, or transported.
These requirements apply to every appointment and location.
Tune-Up and Payment Terms
Tune-Up Appointments
Tune-ups are flat-rate services and are completed as booked.
We will contact you before completing significant additional work unless you approved minor repairs during booking. We may also contact you before proceeding if the anticipated repair cost could exceed the bicycle’s practical value.
Payment
You will receive an invoice by email with online payment options.
Payment is due before or at delivery unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
